    The customer can authorize the exchange of the product that is in disagreement with the one for a similar product or of the same value of the previously acquired merchandise.
    If the price of the like product is higher than the price of the product exchanged, the difference must be paid by the customer. And, if the price of the similar product is lower than the price of the product being exchanged, the difference will be refunded to the customer through a deposit in a bank account to be assigned by him.
    If the purchase is delivered outside the standards expected by the customer, the customer can refuse delivery and return the entire purchase.
